Experience. Delivered.

At SixLog Pharma, we don’t just identify risks—we help you eliminate them before they become catastrophic. In the high-stakes world of sterile compounding, undiscovered compliance failures, operational weaknesses, or hidden liabilities can lead to devastating financial, legal, and patient safety consequences. Are you absolutely certain your people and facilities are operating at the highest standards?

We've Been In Your Shoes

SixLog Pharma provides critical risk assessment and regulatory insight to 503B and sterile compounding owners and leaders, healthcare systems, and private and institutional investors.  Our expertise in GPO audits, healthcare system compliance, board of pharmacy inspections, accreditation reviews, and FDA remediation gives us the ability to identify vulnerabilities others may miss.

Regulatory bodies won’t wait. Investors won’t wait. Patients can’t wait. Neither should you. Before you manufacture, acquire, contract, or invest, let us help you uncover the risks that could cost you everything.
